Immediate opening: we are hiring a gardener in Brown County, Indiana. The job is at a landscaping company. You should have: • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers • Understanding of pruning and watering schedules • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance Day-to-day duties: • Repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings • Water beds and lawns and set up drip irrigation lines • Prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers • Sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades • Apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds 6+ years on the tools preferred.
