Fry cook — Clinton County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fry cook in Clinton County, Illinois. You will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations. You should have: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
