Immediate opening: we are hiring an elevator service technician in Murray County, Minnesota. On a typical shift you will set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear; mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators; service the traction motor, brake and gearbox; fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments; install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway; adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy. You should have: • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics Pay around $4,000 per month, based on your experience.
