Electrostatic spray painter wanted in Cocke County

Join our team: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Cocke County, Tennessee. You will work in a metal finishing workshop. On a typical shift you will top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun. Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Willing to work shifts and overtime Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Pay around $4,500 per month, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
