Concrete pump mate — Cuming County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a concrete pump mate in Cuming County, Nebraska. The job is at a ready-mix concrete plant. Your main tasks: • Give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified • Float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish • Patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout • Mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer • Cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days • Strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength What we are looking for: • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours • Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage Part-time with flexible hours.
