Cake decorator • Mushin, Lagos State

Great opportunity: we are hiring a cake decorator in Mushin, Lagos State. You will work in a bread factory. The role involves monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
