Packing operator wanted in Gregg County

Join our team: we are hiring a packing operator in Gregg County, Texas. You will be based at a busy manufacturing plant. You will keep the workstation clean and follow 5S housekeeping; apply batch codes and date stamps to the packaging; feed raw material into the hopper and monitor the flow; pack finished goods into cartons and seal them; weigh, measure and label raw materials before each batch; assemble components according to the work order. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for a full 8 to 12 hour shift • Basic reading skills to follow SOPs and labels Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
