Crane operator wanted in Alcona County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a crane operator in Alcona County, Michigan. Ideal candidate: • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) • Strong attention to safety and load limits On the job you will handle: • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins • Fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports • Work out the load weight and the lifting radius • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
