Urgent requirement: groundsman (Texas)

Now hiring: we are hiring a groundsman in Baylor County, Texas. You will work on the grounds of a hotel resort. Ideal candidate: • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers On a typical shift you will check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads; prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers; apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds; sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades; spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease; water beds and lawns and set up drip irrigation lines.
