Formwork joiner — Franklin County

Join our team: we are hiring a formwork joiner in Franklin County, Tennessee. The job is at a precast concrete yard. Your main tasks: • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure Ideal candidate: • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
