Great opportunity: we are hiring a presser in Searcy County, Arkansas. You will work in a garment export house. Ideal candidate: • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work Day-to-day duties: • Sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number • Fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press • Operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching • Set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics • Meet the daily piece target without damaging garments Meals and transport allowance provided.
