Now hiring: we are hiring a baker in Polk County, Nebraska. What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks You will shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them.
