Counter butcher wanted in Cobb County

Join our team: we are hiring a counter butcher in Cobb County, Georgia. You will work at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. You will stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; season and marinate meat on request; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
