Punch press operator wanted in Madison County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a punch press operator in Madison County, Kentucky. You will work in a sheet metal stamping unit. You should have: • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred Day to day you will watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges; feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts; punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components; fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
