Join our team: we are hiring a backhoe loader operator in Marlboro County, South Carolina. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence The role involves: • Check for underground cables and services before digging • Keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines • Operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals • Level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines 3+ years on the tools preferred.
