Bread baker — Jefferson County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread baker in Jefferson County, Oklahoma. Your main tasks: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Score the top of loaves before baking • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
