Butcher wanted in Haskell County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a butcher in Haskell County, Oklahoma. You will work at a busy retail butcher's shop. Day-to-day duties: • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Season and marinate meat on request • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Six days a week, one day off.
