Die-casting operator • Van Wert County, Ohio

We are recruiting: we are hiring a die-casting operator in Van Wert County, Ohio. Requirements: • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection You will melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces; apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity; fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges; make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
