The role involves: • Weave through heavy traffic while keeping to delivery time slots • Update the delivery status (picked up, on the way, delivered) on the app in real time • Call or message customers to confirm the address and drop-off point • Sort failed deliveries and arrange a re-attempt or return to the hub Ideal candidate: • Smartphone with a working data connection for the delivery app • Valid two-wheeler driving licence Part-time with flexible hours.
