Steel erection rigger — Alimosho

Join our team: we are hiring a steel erection rigger in Alimosho, Lagos State. You will work on a high-rise building site. You will check sling angles to stay within the working load limit; set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads; calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift; attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks; direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio; select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight. Requirements: • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
