Now hiring: we are hiring a cake decorator in Brown County, Kansas. You will laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them. You should have: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Pay around $5,000 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
