We are recruiting: power press operator (Kansas)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a power press operator in Haskell County, Kansas. What we are looking for: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout Day-to-day duties: • Set up and change stamping dies and tooling • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor • Deburr and stack finished components for the next operation • Feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts • Operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses • Fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
