What we are looking for: • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods • Good eye for colour matching and blending The role involves bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying; set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch.
