Vertical milling machine operator — Todd County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a vertical milling machine operator in Todd County, Kentucky. On the job you will handle: • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production What we are looking for: • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. $4,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
