Requirements: • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges On the job you will handle: • Compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts • Log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
