Great opportunity: we are hiring a bulldozer operator in Siskiyou County, California. The job is on a dam or embankment job. The role involves grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily; rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank; carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil; form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle; cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes; clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin. What we are looking for: • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant • Proven experience operating crawler dozers (D6 to D8 class) Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
