Steam press operator — Merced County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a steam press operator in Merced County, California. You will be based at a dry cleaner's. You should have: • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine Day to day you will clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents; give each garment a final press before packing; remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron; operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments; press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching. At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. $31 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Share your details and we will call you back.
