Machine setter-operator — Polk County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a machine setter-operator in Polk County, Missouri. You will be based in a textile mill. You will run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing; load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper; segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches; change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers. Ideal candidate: • Good attention to detail and steady hands • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage Pay around $210 per day, based on your experience. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
