Dough maker — Dudley

Immediate opening: we are hiring a dough maker in Dudley, England. You will work at a café with an on-site bakery. You will roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds. You should have: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Full-time, day shift. Contact us to fix an interview.
