We are recruiting: we are hiring an argon welder in Hardee County, Florida. On a typical shift you will grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish; tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run; TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer; set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks. You should have: • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety Rotating shifts.
