Chiller technician — Brown County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a chiller technician in Brown County, Texas. You will work at a busy refrigeration workshop. The role involves: • Read suction and discharge pressures on the manifold gauges • Wire up thermostats, contactors and overload relays • Check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge • Braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch • Pull a vacuum on the system and check for trapped moisture Ideal candidate: • Able to braze copper and silver-solder joints • Physically fit to lift compressors and carry ladders 2+ years on the tools preferred.
