On the job you will handle: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Full-time with occasional weekends.
