Paint booth operator wanted in Franklin County

Now hiring: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Franklin County, Virginia. The job is at an automotive components factory. On a typical shift you will record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse. Requirements: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Willing to work shifts and overtime Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours.
