We are recruiting: we are hiring a press shop operator in Sarpy County, Nebraska. Ideal candidate: • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg Your main tasks: • Clear scrap and offcuts from the die area • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings • Operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses • Fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting • Feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
