Visual inspection operator — Weakley County

Join our team: we are hiring a visual inspection operator in Weakley County, Tennessee. You will work on a garment production line. Requirements: • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • Willing to work rotating and night shifts • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols The role involves: • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line • Segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts Six days a week, one day off.
