Requirements: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Your main tasks: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
