You should have: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Punctual, reliable and hard-working Your main tasks: • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
