Steward — Rio Arriba County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a steward in Rio Arriba County, New Mexico. You will work at a banquet hall. Your main tasks: • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room You should have: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Part-time with flexible hours.
