Requirements: • Punctual and reliable with polite customer manners • Basic reading and number skills to handle addresses and cash Your main tasks: • Collect cash-on-delivery (COD) payments and reconcile the float at shift end • Collect parcels and documents from the despatch hub at the start of each shift • Load and balance parcels safely in the rear carrier box • Capture proof of delivery with a customer signature or photo on the handset At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
