Site dozer operator — Hot Spring County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a site dozer operator in Hot Spring County, Arkansas. You will work at an open-cast mine. On a typical shift you will cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes; rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank; push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving; grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms; strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse; clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin. Ideal candidate: • Proven experience operating crawler dozers (D6 to D8 class) • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence 2+ years on the tools preferred.
