Paint booth operator • Hardin County, Iowa

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Hardin County, Iowa. What we are looking for: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Your main tasks: • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $3,900 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
