Now hiring: we are hiring an uPVC window fitter in Dewey County, Oklahoma. The job is at a uPVC door and window showroom-cum-workshop. You should have: • Driving licence for measure-up and site-fitting visits • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop The role involves glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square; cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame; fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam; fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash; rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router. At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. $240 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Share your details and we will call you back.
