Structural MIG welder — Barbour County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a structural MIG welder in Barbour County, Alabama. You will work in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. Day to day you will maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose; load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls; control distortion with a balanced welding sequence; read fabrication drawings and weld symbols. Requirements: • ITI in welder trade or equivalent • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. $4,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
