Urgent requirement: we are hiring a short order cook in Venango County, Pennsylvania. You will be based in a hospital or office canteen. On the job you will handle: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs You should have: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
