Trailer driver • Nemaha County, Kansas

Vacancy available: we are hiring a trailer driver in Nemaha County, Kansas. You will be based on long-haul routes across the country. You will check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels; operate tail-lifts and pump trucks during loading and unloading; check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits; report defects and book the unit in for servicing; keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load. What we are looking for: • Clean driving record with no recent endorsements • Valid HGV/LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence • Valid digital tachograph card Six days a week, one day off.
