Maintenance painter — Atlantic County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a maintenance painter in Atlantic County, New Jersey. The role involves work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers; fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps; sand and fill walls before applying primer; mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting; strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns; mix and tint paint to match colour swatches. Requirements: • Own brushes and basic hand tools • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec • Able to mix and colour-match paints accurately Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
