HSE supervisor • Gloucester County, Virginia

Immediate opening: we are hiring a HSE supervisor in Gloucester County, Virginia. You will be based in a chemical processing unit. Requirements: • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces On the job you will handle: • Ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site • Stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action • Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment • Update the risk register and method statements (RAMS) • Run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
