Day-to-day duties: • Buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge • Building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses • Mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser • Forming arches, piers and reveals around openings Requirements: • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding • CSCS card or willingness to obtain one 3+ years on the tools preferred.
