On the job you will handle: • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun You should have: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
