Lathe operator wanted in Oneida County

Now hiring: we are hiring a lathe operator in Oneida County, Wisconsin. On the job you will handle: • Monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift • Carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges • Follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine • Run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing Requirements: • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
